Limited Edition Fine Art Prints:

Delivery:

It takes time to prepare your limited edition fine art print to the high standards we demand.  All prints are made to order at a professional printing lab in London, England, sent to the artist for checking and signing, and then delivered to you.  All prints are sent via Royal mail Special Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.  Buyers in the UK can expect their prints to arrive within two to three weeks of purchase and international buyers within three to four weeks of purchase.  Timings are approximate and subject to smooth delivery process without complications or delays caused by the postal service or customs where applicable.  

International purchasers remain responsible for any customs charges incurred.

Returns:

As all limited edition prints are printed and signed to order, returns can only be accepted on prints that are damaged.  Damaged prints must be returned complete with all original paperwork, including the Certificate of Authenticity and cannot be accepted without accompanying paperwork.

Customers should open and check the condition of the print before signing for it.  Should the print be damaged, the customer should advise the person delivering the item that they are not accepting the package and that it should be returned to sender.  once signed for, prints are deemed as received in good condition and returns can then be accepted only on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.  Please notify us of your damaged print, so that we may file a return.

Once your damaged print has been received, your refund will be processed within seven business days.  You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.  For any questions, problems, or comments, please contact the artist [email protected].

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of the date you received your order, please contact us in writing within fourteen days.

As a small, artist-run business we are grateful for the earliest possible notification of any cancellations so that costs of printing, signing and sending might be avoided.


Digital/Downloadable Goods and Services:

Delivery:

Digital Goods and Services are available for instant download upon completing your Order.  A link will be provided directly after payment is received where you can click and download your digital purchase to your preferred device.

Once digital Goods and Services are downloaded cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returns and cancellations:

We do not offer returns on digital Goods and Services.  Once digital Goods or Services are downloaded cancellations are no longer accepted.

After download all sales are final.  

Please check your Order before purchasing to ensure it is correct.


Books:

Delivery:

We aim to dispatch Books within 5 working days after your Order has been placed.

Returns:

Should you wish to return a book you may do so within 14 days of receipt of your Order.  Please notify us in writing to [email protected] so we can file a return.  Books should be returned to us in undamaged condition at your own expense.

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of the date you received your order, please contact us in writing within fourteen days.
